They broke the law. I reported an FDCPA violation that originated from 817-524-0281 and this is the number she called back on. She told me it is company policy that they dont have to ID whomever is calling in from a number they called. I advised it is a violation of FDCPA to discuss a debt collection with somebody without knowing whom you are speaking with. She said no. I advised I would forward this to my attorney. Its amazing how many violations one can find once you have been a debt collector or are still one....
